Before You Email

Bug reports go faster when you include the page URL, the device or browser you used, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots help too. For feature ideas, a one-paragraph 'why' is more valuable than a long spec — we will follow up if we need more detail. Please write in English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or Arabic; we can also work through automatic translation for other languages.

Q. How long until I get a reply?

Feature requests, bug reports, and partnership inquiries usually get a response within 2–5 business days. Urgent security issues are handled the same day — please mark the email subject with 'URGENT'.

Q. Can I suggest a new language or vocabulary collection?

Yes — vocabulary suggestions are one of the most useful things you can send. Include the words, your country, and (if possible) why they would help local learners. We have an internal backlog of community-suggested K-Pop and regional food collections.

Q. Do you offer classroom or enterprise licenses?

Hangul Playground is free for individual learners and informal classroom use. For large-scale curriculum integration, branded deployments, or research partnerships, email [email protected] with a rough scope and timeline and we will get back to you within a week.
